Privacy Policy

Enishio is an early preview built for the US market. This policy explains what we do — and don't — do with your information.

Last updated: August 2, 2026

Preview policy. Enishio has no accounts, backend, or payments yet, so nothing here is collecting your data today. These policies describe our commitments and will be finalized with legal counsel before public launch. This is not legal advice.

Who operates Enishio

Enishio is a product of SHAOULA LLC. SHAOULA LLC is the operator of this service and the entity responsible for the practices described in this policy.

SHAOULA LLC, 1209 Mountain Rd PL NE, STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

The short version

Enishio is still in preview. There are no accounts or logins yet, we have no backend storing your information, and we don't run ads or third-party tracking. The stories, characters, and communities you see are sample content for demonstration.

Because of that, right now we don't collect personal information about you. This policy also describes the commitments we're building toward, so that when accounts, communities, and payments go live, there are no surprises. We'll update this policy — and tell you what changed — before any of that starts collecting real data.

Information we collect

Today: nothing that identifies you. The preview runs in your browser, and any preferences it remembers (such as your theme) stay on your device.

In the future, once accounts exist, we plan to collect only the minimum needed to run the service:

  • Account basics you provide, such as a username and email address.
  • Content you choose to create — stories, characters, comments, community posts.
  • Limited technical and log data (like device type and error logs) needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use information

When we do collect information, we'll use it to operate and improve the platform, to keep it safe, and to communicate with you about your account. We will not sell your personal information, and we won't use it for third-party advertising.

How information is shared

Today we share nothing, because we collect nothing. In the future, we may share limited information with service providers who work on our behalf (for example, hosting or payment processing) under contracts that restrict how they can use it, or when required by law.

Payments, when they launch, will be handled through the app stores' own in-app billing systems. Those stores — not Enishio — process your payment details.

Children and teens

Enishio is a general-audience, teen-oriented platform. It is not directed to children under 13. When accounts launch, signup will include a neutral age check, and we will not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

For teen users, we're designing conservative, privacy-protective defaults from the start.

Your rights and choices

US state privacy laws give you rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port it, and to opt out of certain uses. See our Data Protection & Your Rights page for the details and how these will work once there's an account to apply them to.

Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes here with a new "last updated" date. For material changes — especially anything that expands what we collect — we'll give notice before the change takes effect.

Contact

Questions about privacy can be directed to SHAOULA LLC at 1209 Mountain Rd PL NE, STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. A dedicated privacy contact address will be published before accounts launch.

In the meantime, this is a preview and no personal data is being collected.
